3. Specify the course for each choice

4. Specify the Level for each choice eg Degree, ND, NCE, etc

5. Provide your Profile Code

6. Jamb registration Number

7. Provide you Full name in this order – Surname, First Name, Middle Name

Note: If you have already made the payment of N2,500 you have to provide the OTP sent to you from jamb for the registration.

Note that after the process has been concluded you will be notified and also sent a copy for print out.

If you want us to make the payment for you (plus charges) N4,000.
